I had an emergency plumbing issue at my 91yr old Mother’s home at 5pm on a Friday! Chris arranged to collect a part and come over at extremely short notice to get our issue sorted. Prompt, trustworthy, highly knowledgeable, professional and very reasonably priced with 5* Customer Service! Chris had to solve Mum’s Retro Bathroom issue with modern technology and he did - Chris said he ‘enjoys a challenge’ - a really lovely guy who I would thoroughly recommend! Thank You!

Amazing job!!! We had an issue with our booster pump not automatically turning on. Chris managed to come over and fix it rather than replace the whole pump which has saved us hundreds of pounds. We could not be happier with the quality, speed and professionalism of this company. Will be going back to Chris for sure and highly recommend!!!!!

I recently used this company for a leak in the ceiling. My absolute pleasure and delight in dealing with them . The engineer was on the premises pretty swiftly on the coldest day when they were inundated . I found their service very professional, clear carried out with precision. Price was not astronomically high unlike some other companies.
I would highly recommend them . No gimmicks no hidden charges .

I was very impressed with the professional service provided. Leak source was found swiftly (in ducting behind a fully tiled wall!) to heating&hot water pipework and undertook the necessary repair on the same day. This was all undertaken in a highly competent manner. They ensured that the heating system was functioning perfectly before leaving as well cleaning their work area upon completion.

When my very aged gas boiler, hot water tank and hot water pump were pronounced dangerous to use in a routine service, Chris (who had been recommended by a friend) quickly responded to my enquiry. He gave me an indicative quote and quickly followed up with an on-site visit and more detailed estimate, explaining all the options thoroughly. The work which also included a full system flush and installation of thermostatic controls for the central heating system was done quickly and efficiently. The team were polite, hard-working, efficient and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. I would highly recommend.

I rarely leave reviews, but Chris's team were so exceptional I felt compelled to sing their praises. Prior to finding Chris, we spent over £1k on a plumber who unfortunately turned out to be something of a cowboy.
Chris's team then stepped in to rectify someone else's mistakes and finish the job. They were courteous, professional, and have done a great job of our new en-suite shower room.
I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Plumbing, and will certainly be using their services again for our next plumbing project!

Chris is so good I cannot recommend him highly enough.
I needed my boiler fixed and dealing with him was a breeze, he was so quick to respond and cracked on taking care of everything, he did a fantastic job! Then when I mentioned a small leak I’d like fixed at some point he was here the very next morning and had a new tap and pipe work installed in no time.
Everything was mess free, hassle free and after the initial call I didn’t have to worry about anything. I will definitely be calling him next time.

Contacted a few plumbers after a water pipe leak at home. Chris responded quickly, was transparent with the costs (which were very reasonable) and how long he thought it would take to fix. Lewis arrived at 8am the next day and had it fixed in 30 mins, no messing about, and gave us some advice on the boiler while he was here. Nice one!
