If you boiler is displaying a fault code, then this is of great help to our heating engineer, so please be sure to share this with us, along with any of the symptoms of the failure.
When our heating engineer arrives at your home they will perform a few initial checks on your boiler and heating system to identify any faults. They will then make a closer inspection to check and confirm any faulty parts and assess what is the safest, most practical and cost-efficient means of repairing your boiler system and getting it working again as quickly as possible.
How much are boiler repairs?
All boiler repairs are dependent on the boiler make and model, the extent of the damage caused by the fault, the cost of replacement parts, and the time it takes to complete the repairs. Once our heating engineer has inspected your boiler, identified the fault and made a through examination to assess the extent of any damage, they will then be able to provide a quote including any replacement parts, and an estimate for the labour to complete the boiler repairs, assuming there are no additional faults or damaged parts.

It is our priority to keep you safe, and we will always aim to minimise the potential risks of faults or breakdowns, as well as helping to reduce the cost of your utility bills.
Should I repair or replace my boiler?
In most cases our experienced engineers can identify the fault, make the necessary repairs and where required fit replacement parts sourced through one of our trusted trade suppliers.
If our heating engineer identifies a serious fault which means the boiler is dangerous or that the cost would be beyond reasonable economical repair, they may recommend installing a new boiler. In which case they will be able to offer advice on what boiler type, manufacturer and model would be most suitable your household.
Boiler Repair Quotes
Having diagnosed the fault with your boiler and made their recommendations our heating engineer will discuss the relevant options and costs with you. Once you have decided they will then be able to provide a quote including the cost to supply any replacement parts and the labour to complete the repairs.
Repairing your boiler
Once we have agreed the quotation, our heating engineer can get to work with repairing your boiler and heating system. Where possible, they will try to complete the repairs right away, but this is dependent on the extent of the fault and the availability of any replacement parts from suppliers. Where replacement parts are required, these will be ordered and collected through our chosen suppliers as quickly as possible. If there is a delay in obtaining parts, where it is safe and practical to make your boiler system operational in the meantime, we will do so. Otherwise, you will have to wait until the parts are available and the repairs completed.
When was your boiler last serviced?
We always recommend having an annual boiler service to keep your household safe and identify potential faults before they turn into a risk, expensive repairs or damage beyond reasonable repair. If you have not had your boiler serviced for a while, you might want to consider arranging for our heating engineer to perform a boiler service during their visit.
